1. Phone Screen
The initial interview is a chance to connect and see if we’re the right fit for each other.
2. Assessment
Certain roles may include online customer service or skill assessments, completed through email or a dedicated platform.
3. In-Person or Virtual Interview
An email invitation for your interview will be sent to you.
4. Reference Check
We’ll ask you to provide one to three professional references.
5. Criminal Record Check
You’ll receive an email from our screening platform with further instructions, which should take less than five minutes to complete.
6. Job Offer
If we decide you are the ideal candidate, we’ll extend a verbal offer. Once accepted, we’ll send you the formal Offer Letter.
