Tim is our customers’ first point of contact when they have a problem. 

His goal is to diagnose their issue and connect them with the right resources to get them back up and running as quickly as possible. 

Tim enjoys fixing things, camping in the mountains, cooking, and brewing in his spare time. 

Fun fact? 

He once rescued a baby rat. He had to wake up every two hours to feed it baby formula with an eye dropper!
