Josh’s mission is to provide support and knowledge to the frontline team. 

He monitors and oversees their performance, training, and development. 

He is also responsible for product procurement and ensuring that we have stock of the items our customers need. 

In his free time, Josh prepares for tabletop RPGs, which includes creative writing, such as world-building or story writing, and 3D printing landscapes for the game. 

His remaining free time goes to home renovations and exercise.
