You will be asked to submit times you are available over the next couple of days for a chat that takes no longer than 30 minutes. We ask that you complete a typing test and True Colours quiz prior to scheduling the call. Once confirmed, you will receive an email from us with the date and time of your phone interview. This is the initial interview of the hiring process; it is an opportunity to get to know each other better to see if we will be a good fit for one another.

Assessment

All our technical positions require a tech screen. If we decide to move forward after your phone screen we will reach out via email and ask that you book in a time with us for a 30min technical phone screen.

Other roles within Clearbridge may require customer service or specific skill assessments that are done online either through email or a skill assessment platform.

We prefer to have interviews in person at our office, however we recognize that may not be possible for all candidates. You will receive an email inviting you to an interview, we ask that you send us a few times that work for you. Once we hear back, we will send a confirmation email that includes interview details such as date, time, and with whom. This interview is typically 1 hour long, but there are no strict time limits.

When will I hear back after my interview(s)?

This will vary depending on the role and where you are in the interview process. That being said, we will get back to you within two business days after your interview, even if it is just to reach out and inform you that we require more time to make our decision.

We will ask you to provide us with one reference, we also ask that you let your reference know to expect a call from us.
